Day 6

Today and 2 big decisions:

1-I have decided to change somehow the purpose of my webloge. I will try to put some educating stuff other than a report of my daily activitis which will help me and others to learn from this weblog.

2-I will start intermittent fasting from tomorow. it will help some peacce of mind, free of thinking about eating all the time and also dropping some pounds. My plan would be fasting from 8 PM untill 4 PM the next days. during fasting hours water, coffee and tea wouuld be allowed .
